For a CLOSED QUOTATION for a specific boat:

- The shipowner of the boat or direct family,
- the Captain of the ship (authorized by the shipowner),
- a broker or seller (authorized by the shipowner or buyer), or
- A management agency (authorized by the shipowner or buyer).

For an ESTIMATE: Any nautical professional or potential shipowner.

The boat must be: Dispatched for the navigation zone we will navigate through. If it is a ship dispatched for coastal navigation, it could not leave the coast line or cross to the archipelagos. Insured to carry out the navigation that you want us to undertake. At least third party and occupant insurance for the navigation areas that we will travel through. Equipped with everything you need to navigate: safety equipment required for the area. For example, radio beacon, life raft for ocean navigation.

It includes all the man hours necessary to go from port to port. The transfer service begins when the crew members leave home until they return after the transfer. So it also includes the time required for the crew to get from their home to the ship, before the transfer, and from the ship to their home, after the transfer, for the entire crew. We make closed quotations calculated based on nautical miles, or days of transfer duration. They contemplate up to 10% more than the time planned for the trip. Crew transportation expenses: It includes the expected expenses to get from home to the yacht, and from the yacht destination back their home. This will always be an estimate at the time of budgeting, which may change as the price of flights, ferrys, etc. varie. Crew diets: This is a daily amount for breakfast, lunch and dinner, for each of the crew members, for all days of the service.

Our budgets do not include any expenses incurred by the boat or its owner, namely:

- No cost of fuel or other boat consumables.
- No port, dry dock, passage fees, etc…
- No fines, taxes, etc., not attributable to the crew.
- No purchase of necessary equipment for the transfer: national or courtesy flags, mooring lines, fenders, batteries...

When booking the service the client will pay:

- 50% of the Mar Infinito budget, plus
- all foreseeable expenses of the transfer, such as the fuel necessary to make the transfer.

Before the crew disembark at the destination port, the client must have paid:

- the remaining 50% of the budget
- the excess expenses assumed by the crew during the transfer.

If applicable, the crew will return the excess provision to the client.
